I converted a version of this grass ages and ages ago, but I always wanted to figure out a way to make it CAStable. After quite a few false starts and over-thinking things, I managed to figure out a way to get everything I wanted from this file.

There are several different meshes in this, including short and long versions in single- and four-tile groups, plus a single-tile off-set mesh for filling in the one-tile distance between two lots. There's also a CAStable version of the Cast Away clump of long grass.

Sims can walk through this, and the mesh won't get in the way of the 'Go Here' command.

It can't be that cold, the ground is still warm to touch... )

You'll find the grass in the Flowers section in Build Mode. The single tile grass costs §1, the four tile grass costs §4, and the Cast Away grass costs §2. They all come with the same three preset colors.

These do not overwrite the original files, so if you spent forever planting the old grass, you don't have to do it all over again.

Do whatever you want with these as long as you're not claiming you made them or putting them on paysites of any kind. Mesh and base textures by EA.

I loved these curtains by Simtomatic in TS2, and decided to convert them. There are two texture choices for the main curtain: a satin one with two color channels, and a more velvety one with three color channels. These come in a left, right, and center panel arrangement. There's also a single panel sheer and lace version that fits behind the main curtains. I also went ahead and made an empty curtain rod so you can fit these to whatever width window you have.

I'm also tossing out a quick rug edit I did because I was sick of not having a rug that fit nicely under a double bed without being insanely huge. It comes with five rug textures you can put any pattern on.

I'm on the hunt I'm after you... )

Do whatever you want with these as long as you're not claiming you made them or putting them on paysites of any kind. Mesh and textures for the curtains by Simtomatic @ TSR. Textures for the rugs from CG Textures.

Mostly for Repulsive Desire, who I know wanted these this way. ;)

My asylum items as individual packages. Loads and loads of previews because I went a bit overboard on this.

I try to push open the door just to see what came before, but there's a body on the floor... )

Do whatever you want with these as long as you're not claiming you made them or putting them on paysites of any kind. Bed, chair, EST machine, and torture machine originally converted from Silent Hill for TS2 by kativip. Castable version textures by me mixed with original Silent Hill textures when needed. Poster textures from Left 4 Dead. Bottles and floor overlay 100% original by me. You throw away the gun. Did I tell you what's to be done? I need it to kill just one.

I started these with the intention of releasing them for the GoS advent project, but didn't finish them before now. No big deal, really, since it's not like I really needed to have them done what with all the other elventy billion mostly-done projects I had to draw on...

Anyway, this is a conversion of Wood For Sims' TS2 'Nostalgia' living room set, which was one of my favorites. I have to say I like it in TS3 even better. It contains a sofa, loveseat, comfy chair, rocking chair, side table, single-tile coffee table, and television. (Just for the record, I didn't convert the bookshelf because I don't really like it.) Previews show default color selections.

Let’s see how twisted we can be... )

Found under logical categories.

Part Two of Fixing Things That Are Irritating Me™. Now with more wall lights and easel paintings (framed and unframed). You can move the EA (Base Game + All Expansions + All Stuff Packs) ones up and down now.

If I missed any, please let me know! Note: I attempted doing curtains, but I couldn't get them to work, as far as I could tell. I plan on looking into it, though.

Mirrors are here.

Really, really simple set of default replacements for Base Game + Expansion Packs. It annoyed me that the shifting feature of paintings in Late Night didn't apply to mirrors, so, thanks to s3pe, I was able to change a false to a true and voila! Mirrors that you can shift up and down walls.

There are four packages in the .zip file, each corrsponding to the mirrors that came with the base game and the three expansion packs (the stuff packs didn't come with mirrors, apparently). That way, you can pick and choose what you do and do not need rather easily.

Late Night may be required, since I don't know if the latest patch enabled the shifting feature for base game and such. Maybe someone without Late Night can let me know?

Anyway, really simple, enjoy!

Chris: "The 'Y' makes it hip."
Tristan: "Yes, if you say so."
